At our core, our employees are the most important resource that makes us who we are. With that
understanding, we consistently priorize maers such as our team members’ social benefits and perks,

Our Human Resources Mission: - To plan and develop the workforce needed to achieve the organizaon’s goals and
strategies; to carry out personnel processes and operaons at the opmum level; and to maintain a team of specialized,
self-confident employees who can represent the organizaon and create new opportunies and perspecves in their field.
Our employees know what is expected of them within our management system and our sustainability-related
policies and pracces. These responsibilies are defined in wring, communicated to them, and supported
through regular training and guidance. Training on these topics is documented. Our employees play an acve
role in improving our management system and strengthening our sustainability performance through
connuous improvement. We review and enhance our system in line with feedback from our employees.
Fair Pay: Before starng work at our facilies, employees are informed about their pay, working condions,
work hours, and when wages will be paid. Training & Career Management: All employees have equal access to
training opportunies. In addion to the legally required and professional trainings for the hospitality
industry, we provide orientaon trainings aligned with our Sustainability policies and management system;
periodic training programs related to sustainability and each employee’s role, on-the-job trainings, trainings
required by applicable regulaons, and guidance support. We implement annual training plans covering
Occupaonal Health and Safety, hygiene training for kitchen/service/massage, etc. staff, water and energy
conservaon, rules for chemical use, fire prevenon, first aid, and more.
Our employees can access all training materials free of charge and without restricon. Our hotel commits to
complying with the relevant provisions of Labor Law No. 4857 and pays employees at least the minimum
wage. Our hotel also commits to compliance with Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No.
5510 and Occupaonal Health and Safety Law No. 6331.
Employee & Human Rights: Ensuring complete employee sasfacon is a top priority. With this approach,
management is responsible for safeguarding employees’ rights—first and foremost their legal rights—along
with certain benefits provided by our company, and for supporng their work environment, well-being,
self-movaon, and performance; in short, for ensuring their overall comfort at work.
As a business serving guests from many countries and operang at an internaonal level, making disncons
among our guests based on naonality, race, language, etc. is contrary to both our hospitality standards and
our workplace principles. Accordingly, all personnel processes for our employees from different countries or
naonalies are carried out in line with legal procedures, and equal opportunies are provided to all
employees within the hotel without regard to any personal characteriscs.
